Mitsui Sumitomo relocated from their Fenchurch Street building to the newly constructed Tower Building nearby. The net area was approximately 6,000m² spread over four floors.

Freeman Beesley provided the strategy for turning the Cat-A fit-out into a bespoke Cat-B design to suit the new requirements.  We worked closely on site with the design and build contractors to assist in the design development.

The commissioning and handover was phased over a series of weekends to suit the planned occupation.
